Cancellation & Refund Policy
At EliteWay Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. However, due to the nature of securing premium hospitality, hotel accommodations, and dedicated transport during peak corporate events, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- 60+ Days Prior to Travel: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total package price.
- 30-59 Days Prior to Travel: Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a 25% refund of the total package price.
- Less than 30 Days Prior to Travel: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are 100% non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Components
Certain components of our travel packages, such as specific non-refundable hotel rates, specialized group transport deposits, and premium hospitality access passes secured on your behalf, may be entirely non-refundable from the time of booking. Your travel consultant will specify these details in your final itinerary agreement.
3. Force Majeure & Event Cancellations
If the sporting event for which your travel package is booked is officially cancelled or postponed by the governing body without a rescheduled date, EliteWay Travels will work with our partners to provide a credit for future travel or a partial refund, minus any unrecoverable costs paid to third-party suppliers.
4. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
